Sallieann Ehrhart

I commissioned this Sallieann E. to convert my family's old 8mm films into a DVD. I mailed stuff to her company in PA called Video Now. Never returned my many phone calls. Finally, I got in touch with her. Said job wasn't finished and would call me soon. Weeks passed and I heard nothing from her - then finally got in touch with her and was told the DVD was finished and to send half of the money. I mailed a check the next day. And I never received the DVD or my original old films back. I've called several times and left messages, e.mails, letters, contacted the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau, even the Police and no one can help me get the DVD I paid for as well as my original films returned to me. I am DEEPLY heartbroken that films of my family's past events with relatives that are now deceased - are GONE forever.
