I ordered a cheer uniform to be made for my child's American Girl Doll. I have emailed back and forth many many times. She did respond each time...but with an excuse of why I had not received it yet and a promise that the uniform would be mailed the next day. I ordered in Dec. 2010 for a good luck gift for upcoming competitions. The last of my daughter's competitions were in March. In May, when I STILL had no uniform, I emailed and asked for a refund rather than the uniform. She agreed...but again...no uniform and no money. Ripped off for $47.50.
