David Allen Boggs

Theres a con man out there named David Boggs who scams people out of money by telling them that they can obtain Mexican credit cards from him. He tells people that he can obtain 8 mexican credit cards from him. He tells you that it will take about 30 days to recieve the cards. I waited 3 months for my card and it never came. He stopped returning my calls and answering my emails. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. They have told me that David Boggs has been arrested in the past for fraud in Arizona and in California. I have also spoken with 6 other people stating that David Boggs and his imaginary partner Tom told them that they would recieved their cards. That never happened either. Please people, do not fall for these scams on backpage. These con artist try to take advantage of us hard working people. They have no morals or self respect for anyone or themselves
