Patrick,
We are so sorry to hear about the poor experience that you had with our site! :(.

The week in question was our beta week and we are the first to admit that we had a few growing pains.

If you would please give us a call direct at 1-888-467-4217, we would be happy to sort out your winning items so that you can receive them in a timely fashion. You might even get some free bids out of the deal ;) Please call us ASAP!!!

GrabSwag Support Team
I have contacted grabswag finally. They assured me that they will correct the problems and ship the items I purchased. It has been a week and still no confirmation of items to be shipped. It still looks like I will not receive the items I purchased. Still a SCAM it would appear to me.

I "googled" grabswag and this site came up immediately. Of course, I will not even entertain the idea of joining; however, after seeing all of the complaints, I will say to you what I've said to other posters...place a dispute to your credit card company for this "purchase" - the credit card company (visa, mastercard, american express...whichever you use) will put a hold on that money and make grabswag prove that the purchase was legit...in the meantime, they will not receive their $99 from your credit card (even if they've already rec'd it) because the credit card company will demand the money back or they stop doing business with the company, and you are not responsible until this is resolved. If enough customers do this, either grabswag goes out of business or they have to legitimize their operations. Good luck!
