if you call back several time and be presistant you will get your refund. Tell them to credit it twice and you could not acess the website and they were very nice the third time i called and said that i seen it on this site that it could be refunded and it was a scam. I spoke with another pereson that couldnt speak very good english and told her i wanted the ddress to corporate office and did not want to speak with the same manager i spoke with before because he hung up on me and hat she could put it through twice and she gave me the other half of my refund said it would post to my account in 10 busines days. I will watch my bank account and if it dont post i will call again. the operator I spoke with was a Ann Mendez operator # 121.

I had the same experience everyone else had. I tried for a week to access the website and could not. I called the company and complained, and stated that I wanted my money back, as I had not authorized the fee. The middle eastern woman that took the call said she could only refund $25 dollars, and give me an extra 48 free bids. I firmly advised her that their business was a scam, and that if they did not refund the full unauthorized fee. I was going to report them to the Attorney General. I was placed on hold as she spoke with a supervisor. When she returned, I was advised my full amount would be credited back to my credit card, and that my account had been closed. I was told that I would receive the refund within 5-10 days.
