charged MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE 99$ and when I called they refunded 50% I called back for the other 50% and they would not refund my other 50% and would not let me talk to a supervisor and she hung up on me.

File a dispute with your bank once the authorization goes through meaning you've sent the money. It sucks really sucks, this website needs to be taken care of now. Only your bank can save you I think, seems like the case with me when I signed up.
