Dawn Estep aka Virginia Dawn Estep

Dawn Estep, an executive recruiter, formerly of San Antonio, Texas and currently residing in Torrance, Ca, fraudulently sold Pre-IPO stock certificates of VMWare (Ticker: VMW), a subsidiary of publicly held, EMC.com .

"Estep" led Plaintiff to believe she or her companies, including, Murdoch Group Inc. and Murdoch Group LTD — with a virtual office in Newport Beach, Ca — was contracted by VMWare.com as their IPO consultant.

On or about August, 2007, Dawn Estep asked Plaintiff to wire monies from California to her Texas bank for said securities. Estep asked that funds be wired in small increments. See interstate wire transfers! VMWare stock certificates were NEVER delivered by Estep to Plaintiff.

Dawn Estep, her person and her companies were sued in Los Angeles Superior Court. In 2011, Plaintiff was awarded a Civil Judgment in the sum of $1.7 million dollars against Dawn Estep.
