I have ordered a product called pajama jeans from this web site - yourstoreonline.com the picture, description and so called testimonies of others sounded great.
I did not receive the product for 5 weeks (but my account was charged the day I placed an order) finally it came. I could not believe my eyes. The pants look like early 80 stiff jeans (the website describes it as- "unique material interior feels soft to the hand"), the "boot-cut they describe" has nothing to do with what every other retailer would sell under this name. Their size chart suggested that I should by size L, which I thought is kind of strange, so now the pants are about 3 sizes too big and about 3 inches too short. And finally, I have ordered a black jeans and got something between blue and grey.
When I called customer service, they told me that I could sure return the product but the shipping cost, both ways, is on me. When I tried to explain that it does not seem fair, since I did not get what I ordered the rep ignored any argument on my part and said that this is their policy and that is it.
