I was contacted by an individual who was looking to borrow 10 million in construction loans from IFT but was asked to deposit 1.5 million in a bank account for International Finance and Trust as a deposit against the 10 million dollar loan he was to get from IFT.

After speaking with him in depth he decided that the IFT he was talking to was exactly the same IFT that had frauded the investers in the investment scam and decided that he would not get his loan and his deposit would be gone with the rest of the investers. He said he almost gave them the 1.5 million as a deposit and was thankful he had visited the site and did his research.
