And was found GUILTY by the court and by his own ADMISSION.HE also ADMITTED TO MOLESTING OTHER LITTLE GIRLS.WE moved away to start fresh cause POLK COUNTY STATE ATT.. MR DEMMIG said he would make sure Mr.DAILEY was put behind bars.I move back after many years only to find THE CHILD MOLESTER never did 1 day jail or counselling.. The COURT was to send the verdict of GUILTY and Mr DAILEY the BABY RAPER to BROWARD COUNTY for sentencing.. well MR DENMMING did not follow up on the case..BROWARD COUNTY says they never recieved the papers from POLK COUNTY..I contacted MR. DEMMIG at the COURT house .. He said whoops geuss I dropped the ball on thias one . He admitted to not following up on this case ..Which is why the CHILD MOLESTER has gone free. Mr.DEMMIG is now working for the PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE here in POLK COUNTY FL. Getting more CHILD MOLESTERS back on the streets..Any way this PERVERT is working in and around Florida with a Girl?? he met on myspace.. Her name is APRIL HORNE ANTHONY..
