Laundry is available and ensuite. Parking for two cars.The rent would not increase in nearest future and all rent would be send to me here and I will have the receipts issue from here and send it over to you on monthly basis. Do not forget the security deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy. This can be rent short term and long term rental. "

She'll ask you to send her first months rent and the deposit via Western Union. I fortunately found out it was a scam before I made any decisions. Hopefully this helps you too avoid her. I've heard of other people loosing a lot of money at the hands of this scam.
