Mr. Knipe is the one that was scammed for many millions of dollars and his reputation tarnished. i just spoke with him about this note and he laughed.
But i hope he finds out who this is and sues for the malicious slander that it is, and contacts and files complaints about Raabe, Sue Wong, his attorneys, and James Sarvey, with both the SEC, FBI and police.

If this malicious libel is true, why don’t you contact the FBI and police department?

I have known Mr. Knipe in excess of 20 years. He has helped me endlessly and has never asked for anything in return. He is a legitimate businessman and consummate professional. This claim is erroneous and slanderous. I urge the individual who posted this (probably in haste) to remove this post.

In addition, I urge hosting party, www.godaddy.com to educate the administrator of this site on the laws that protect the individual and/or institution against erroneous claims. To then end, any erroneous claims made against an individual and/or organization is subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law unless the claimant can provide clear and concise evidence that the claim is in fact valid.
