Failed to provide Good Faith Estimate. Falsified paperwork provided to my RE attorney. Advised for 5 months that the closing would require 12K to close. The day prior to the closing he advised me it would require 22K. Subsequently, we lost our deposit of 27K. Beware of this person. He plays on sympathy and will gain your trust. His brother is a lender out of Ft Lauderdale which he uses to pass his fraudulent paperwork.
