Edward Singleton Internet Predator!!

Edward Singleton / Mobile Business Solutions / Carnivals Eatery out of Cartersville, Georgia is a lying, scamming, thieving, con artist!! He has stolen and conned out of me and my family $3084.50!!! Do NOT do business with this low life of a thief!! He will steal your money!! He will tell you everything he thinks "you" want to hear! He lies so much he doesn't even know where one lie ends and another lie begins! I wired $3,084.50 to him in January 2010, for him to build me a hot dog cart. After six months I am still waiting for my hot dog cart. In those six months I have received 27 emails from him that say the schematics are finished and that he will fax and mail them to me tomorrow! Unfortunately, tomorrow never comes and it never did.

I have already demanded that he return my money back to me but he refuses to. But I am not one to let things go. I have already filed claims and complaints against him with numerous authorities and agencies asking for an investigation of his illegal activities involving "Internet Fraud and non-delivery of goods and "Fraud by False Pretenses". My goal is to put him away for good!

Also, on April 22nd, I decided to call the Jasper City Hall to verify that he has a valid business license and he does not. It expired December 31, 2009. But I guess as long as he is able to find unsuspecting people to con and steal money from he is not worried about a business license! He has no intentions of operating a business! Just stealing money from hard working people who have a desire to start a hot dog vending business! You will "Reap what YOU Sow, Edward "Internet Predator" Singleton"!!!!!

I have also discovered that the Better Business Bureau has issued Edward "Liar & Thief" Singleton and his phony business an "F" RATING!!! I will post it.

I will never stop!! Not until he is stopped and put away for good so he cannot steal from anyone else again! Lying "convict" artist like Edward "Rip Off" Singleton does not deserve to be a part of our society!!

Edward Singleton Internet Predator & Scum of the Earth needs to be taken down!!

There has been a lot that has happened since I first posted my complaint about this internet predator. I have been in contact with many of his victims. The bottom line is that Edward Singleton "Internet Predator" has not returned my money or the thousands and thousands of dollars he has stolen from his other victims.

I am very pleased to announce that I have joined CUFF (Citizens United to Fight Fraud & Citizens United to Find Fugitives) as a Fraud Watcher Volunteer. I intend to volunteer my time and do whatever I can to put Zachary Edward Singleton behind bars as well as other predators. My goal is to find as many of his victims as I can. I need every person who has been a victim of one of his scams to submit this fraudster to the fraudster database. It will only take five minutes and it is extremely important that you do this so we can take him down! I will be monitoring the database in order to detect the same fraudster being entered by multiple victims. If enough victims submit the fraudster (Zachary Edward Singleton) to the database I will notify CUFF and they will review the records. They may contact each victim and they will help us prosecute him if they believe there is enough evidence for prosecution to be successful! It CAN BE SUCCESSFUL if everyone will submit this Internet Predator/Serial Thief to the database!

The American Heritage Dictionary defines the word "Predator" as "One that victimizes, plunders, or destroys, especially for one's own gain." I think that describes Zachary Edward Singleton perfectly!! Let's get him!!!

The address in Cartersville, GA that is being attributed to Edward Singleton of Mobile Business Solutions is not and has not been a business address for him. I own the property and allowed a subcontrator to assemble three or four carts to help his customers. He routinely made unworkable promises to customers which caused parts and equipment to have to be shipped there. He will not be on site since he owes me and the tenant of my propery several thousand dollars for work done, materials purchased and utility payments. There is a familiy of four living on site including two children 4 and under who could be injured if some irate customer comes to confront Edward Singleton on site.
