I recieved a email from Adrienne of Customer Service stating that my ticket won and to make a copy of the email. Ticket #444555-5423-1K was listed on the email. I printed out the email and of course was only able to get the upper half. So I wrote the rest of the information down that said Ticket #799363 and the Barcode 00255-89R. I then went to the next page and filled it it and it sent me to the page where I was to add my address and so forth and the computer will be mailed Fedex. After completing this it sent me to a page about and IPad so I called Customer Service (which they have removed the phone number of their page now) and I got nothing but a run around. All I am asking is the company to send me my laptop XPS, as promised.
