Don't sub-contract any work from this company or Kevin Richardson. We didn't read any of these posts until we were two weeks into the job. We are kicking ourselves now! Will be smarter and research anyone & everyone we do work for from here on out. The only reason we even got the first check is because the main contractor forced his ass to town and made him sign off on checks payable to his company & all the subcontractors. Second week came along and all he did was lie, lie, lie about everything. He was coming to town and would pay when he got here, then he wasn't coming to town anymore so he would make a deposit in our checking account, and on and on and on. He gave other subcontractors a bogus check! Not an NSF check but a check on a account that doesn't even exist. Kevin failed to realize that you DONT MESS WITH TEXAS! We have heard he is already on probation for doing this to other contractors. We have already consulted an attorney to file liens and criminal charges and will be assisting to file liens for all the other subcontractors too!

This guy is a Dirt-Bag in every sense of the word!! He screwed workers & suppliers in Carthage,TX. He is on probation in Springfield,Missouri for fraud against Liberty Bank. Go on mscasenet & type in Kevin Wayne Richardson, the entire file will appear. If you have hired an attorney have them contact Asst Att. General James R. Carrier in the Springfield Office. This guy has a particular "hard on" for Kevin. There are also cases pending with Tx. Work Force Comm. where he screwed the workers in Carthage. Hope this helps.

Go to https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet. You can search by name or case # 0831-cr09037-01. This case was a felony & was pled down. He has a 1yr suspended sentence plus 2yrs probation, so if he violates he gets a yr in jail automatically. Not counting other charges.

Hey this guy scammed me and my partner in Carthage Tx also in the combined amount of over $5k. He's a dirt bag.
